Therefore, you must include the following items in your diet plan.

Regular exercise helps the immune system to perform well. Set up a routine habit of working out at home, practicing yoga or any workout which keeps the body active. This decreases the risk of developing any kind of health issues.

Exercise not only keeps the body active but also improves metabolism, accelerates the blood flow, flushes out the harmful germs or toxins out of the body through sweat, urine or excreta. Routine activities also help the body to keep away from common cold, flu or other allergic infections.

A sound sleep keeps your system healthy

Sleep is very important pillar of healthy being. Lack of sleep affect the functions of immune system. Researches also claim that people who are sleep deprived are more prone to develop diseases.

On the other hand, lack of sleep also delays recovery after illness. While sleeping the body releases cytokines which are capable to fight infections, or inflammations. So insomnia reduces production of cytokines and retards the immune responses of the body. Irrespective of your schedule, it is always best to sleep around 6 to 8 hours. Good sleep not only improves immune response but also keep you active throughout the day.

Smoking weakens Immune System

The habit of smoking is said to reduce immune response of the body. Conditions like stroke, COPD, lung cancer, heart diseases are likely to occur if smoking is not under control.Smoking lessens your immunity to the extent that body stops responding to infections.
